You are just a few steps away from securing your dream home! Start by exploring our inventory of available villas, apartments, and penthouses. Please note that to reserve your dream home, you will need to create an account. Ensure all required documents are valid and uploaded during the account creation process.
Steps to Reserve Your Dream Home:
1. Explore Your Options
Use the "My Dream Home" button: Explore available villas, apartments, and penthouses.
2. Select Your Home
Review property details and confirm availability. Click to select the one that suits you best and proceed.
3. Reserving Your Dream Home
Click the "Reserve here" button on your selected property to start the reservation process. The reservation agreement and invoice are automatically generated and added to the "My Legal Agreements" and "My Invoices" tabs in your account.
4. Pay the Reservation Fee
Complete the payment for the reservation fee and upload your proof of payment to the "My Invoices" tab in your account.
5. Sign and Upload the Reservation Agreement
Print the reservation agreement, sign, scan, and upload it to the "My Legal Agreements" tab in your account.
6. Receive Confirmation
After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation that your dream home is successfully reserved!
